The Lakers second-year forward is close to being available for his season debut.

Los Angeles Lakers forward Adou Thiero is trending in the right direction to make his season debut after participating in a G League practice on Wednesday. Head coach JJ Redick stated that the second-year forward's session with the Coachella Valley Lakers went well as the team aims to have him available later in the week.
Thiero has been sidelined since the preseason due to swelling in his surgically repaired left knee, which previously required surgery in the spring of 2025. The forward was the only player listed on the injury report ahead of Wednesday's road game against the Sacramento Kings.
