One of the best-scoring duos in the NBA is Luka Doncic and Austin Reaves of the Los Angeles Lakers. They have developed chemistry on and off the court, turning into one of the internet’s favorite bromances. Doncic and Reaves didn’t…

Los Angeles Lakers guard Luka Doncic spoke about his growing friendship with teammate Austin Reaves, explaining that the pair did not immediately connect following his trade from the Dallas Mavericks. Speaking in an interview with The New York Post, Doncic noted he was initially reserved upon arriving in Los Angeles, but the two players bonded during the 2025 summer training camp over shared interests such as golf.
On the court, Doncic and Reaves have become the NBA's highest-scoring duo, averaging a combined 60.4 points per game. Doncic is expected to return from back soreness for the Lakers' upcoming NBA Cup game against the Golden State Warriors after sitting out a 103-87 victory over the LA Clippers.
