Because Cam Christie hasn’t really done much in the preseason, the LA Clippers’ next move is all but confirmed.

Iliyan Lakhani of Clipperholics argues that the LA Clippers should waive Cam Christie following an underwhelming preseason showing. Christie struggled in an opening preseason game against the Golden State Warriors, committing five turnovers on 2-for-8 shooting, before scoring only eight points when given a start in Toronto by head coach Tyronn Lue.
The writer claims that Christie has shown little development entering his third year, noting difficulties with physical defense, shot creation, and off-ball movement. Consequently, Lakhani concludes that the Clippers should move on from the former second-round pick rather than keep him on a guaranteed deal or a two-way spot.
