The latest update reveals why Luka Doncic will miss the Los Angeles Lakers’ matchup against the Los Angeles Clippers on Wednesday night.

Luka Doncic has been ruled out of the Los Angeles Lakers' game against the Los Angeles Clippers on Wednesday night due to back tightness. The star guard logged 37 minutes and scored 41 points during a 136-129 defeat to the Portland Trail Blazers on Tuesday, leaving the Lakers without their top scorer on the second leg of a back-to-back set.
The Lakers have not announced a specific return timeline for Doncic. Los Angeles will also be without Ziaire Williams due to left foot soreness, placing greater offensive responsibility on Austin Reaves, who scored 26 points against Portland. The contest is set for Wednesday at Intuit Dome.
