Erik Spoelstra should already consider shortening the Miami Heat's rotation.

The Miami Heat have struggled to a 3-6 start following their trade for Giannis Antetokounmpo. Writer Jack Simone argues that head coach Erik Spoelstra should consider shortening the team's rotation early in the season to play only players who consistently contribute to winning.
While Antetokounmpo, Bam Adebayo, and Davion Mitchell are expected to see significant minutes, Simone suggests adjusting the supporting cast. The writer proposes that Spoelstra could increase minutes for Pelle Larsson and Klay Thompson while reducing playing time for Andrew Wiggins.
