Bucks should look for a pick in the deal and free up more minutes for Kel'el Ware.

Behind the Buck Pass writer William Moxon argues that the Milwaukee Bucks made a mistake by quickly rejecting trade interest from the Golden State Warriors regarding Kristaps Porzingis. According to a report by The Athletic, Golden State contacted Milwaukee about Porzingis, but the Bucks showed no interest. Moxon suggests the Bucks should instead consider trading veteran center Myles Turner to acquire draft capital and clear a starting role for young center Kel'el Ware.
Turner has struggled across the opening four games of the season, averaging 7.3 points on 36.7 percent shooting while in the second year of a four-year, $108 million contract. Meanwhile, Ware has impressed in limited minutes, averaging 13.3 points and 8.5 rebounds. Moxon believes Turner's declining trade value could hurt Milwaukee, whereas a deal could benefit both Golden State and Ware's development.
