The Milwaukee Bucks have signed forward Johni Broome to a non-guaranteed training camp deal. To open a roster spot for the former Philadelphia 76ers player, the franchise will waive John Butler Jr. Broome will compete for a final spot on Milwaukee's 18-man roster or the team's open two-way slot during the preseason.
Broome was selected 35th overall in the 2025 NBA Draft by the 76ers, appearing in 11 NBA games alongside a stint with the Delaware Blue Coats. After an offseason trade to the LA Clippers, he was subsequently waived, leaving him available ahead of the 2026-27 season.
