Mikal Bridges went scoreless in Boston, and the Knicks should try an earlier attacking role without taking away Miles McBride's time.

Alexander Wilson argues that the New York Knicks should adjust how they utilize Mikal Bridges early in games following a scoreless outing. Bridges finished with zero points on 0-for-8 shooting across nearly 22 minutes during the Knicks' 107-103 loss to Boston, dropping him to 2-for-16 from the field across the opening two games of the season.
Wilson suggests designing early curl actions or handoffs to get Bridges attacking rather than passively waiting for jumpers. Meanwhile, reserve guard Miles McBride scored 20 points in 30 minutes, and Wilson notes that adjusting Bridges' early offensive involvement should not take away from McBride's earned playing time.
