The Oklahoma City Thunder announced that they have requested waivers on four training camp invitees: Buddy Boeheim, Nate Johnson, Lamar Wilkerson, and Christoph Tilly. All four were signed to Exhibit 10 contracts, making them eligible for bonuses worth up to $91,000 if they spend at least 60 days with Oklahoma City's G League affiliate, the Oklahoma City Blue.
Following these roster moves, the Thunder currently have 17 players under contract, which includes three on two-way deals. The franchise is expected to enter the regular season with 14 players on standard contracts to retain roster flexibility and reduce luxury tax obligations under the second apron.
