Dalen Terry's contract with the Oklahoma City Thunder carries no risk for the organization.

The Oklahoma City Thunder have signed guard/forward Dalen Terry to a two-year contract amidst significant roster injuries, according to Michael Scotto of HoopsHype. Writer Jack Simone describes the move as an injury tryout because the deal is completely non-guaranteed for this season and includes a team option for the 2027-28 campaign, allowing the franchise to release Terry at any point without financial risk.
Oklahoma City sought depth due to Jalen Williams being ruled out for the season, Cason Wallace likely facing the same outcome, and Chet Holmgren remaining out for months. Terry, selected 18th overall in the 2022 NBA Draft by the Chicago Bulls, joins the Thunder following stints with the Knicks, Pelicans, 76ers, and Warriors.
