Former 76ers forward Georges Niang has already become a very serviceable role player for the Warriors this season.

Writer Nicolas Kyle Pring argues that the Philadelphia 76ers should have pursued forward Georges Niang in the offseason to resolve their perimeter shooting issues. Despite an 8-2 start, the writer claims Philadelphia lacks outside spacing, which Niang currently provides to Golden State.
Niang has aided the Warriors to a 7-3 start while Jimmy Butler recovers from an ACL tear. After missing 12 consecutive attempts, Niang has converted nearly 52 percent of his three-pointers over a seven-game stretch.
