The Heat engulfed Klay Thompson in a jubilant celebration after his corner 3 -- his eighth of the game -- went in with one second left in overtime of Miami's 117-116 victory over the Clippers.

Klay Thompson sank a game-winning 3-pointer with one second remaining in overtime to lead the Miami Heat to a 117-116 comeback victory against the LA Clippers on Wednesday. Miami overcame a 20-point deficit in Los Angeles behind Thompson's clutch shot from the corner, assisted by an inbound pass from Giannis Antetokounmpo following a screen by Bam Adebayo.
Thompson finished the night with 30 points and eight 3-pointers, while Adebayo contributed a game-high 35 points to lift Miami to a 3-5 record. Heat head coach Erik Spoelstra praised the team's defensive grit after regulation ended dramatically on a Rui Hachimura free throw that forced the extra period.
