Washington Wizards rookie AJ Dybantsa has been upgraded to questionable for Wednesday's game against the Cleveland Cavaliers, according to the team's injury report. Dybantsa, the No. 1 overall pick in the 2026 NBA Draft, missed Washington's first four games after spraining his left ankle during the preseason finale. Once cleared, he is expected to join the starting lineup alongside Trae Young, Kyshawn George, Anthony Davis, and Alex Sarr.
Meanwhile, wing Justin Champagnie suffered a right foot injury during Monday's 110-103 loss to the Charlotte Hornets and was quickly ruled out. Anthony Davis is not listed on the injury report despite shaking out his right hand late in Monday's defeat.
