The Washington Wizards announced the signing of free agent guard Alondes Williams to an Exhibit 10 contract. In a corresponding roster transaction, the franchise waived forward and center Skal Labissiere on October 11, 2026.
Williams previously played for Washington on a 10-day deal and averaged 22.5 points per game for their G League affiliate, the Capital City Go-Go, in 2025/26. Meanwhile, Labissiere could return to the Go-Go, where he would be eligible for a bonus after spending 60 days with the team.
