Some much needed help is coming to the Packers offensive line in the form of Laken Tomlinson. Tomlinson has been on the Dallas Cowboys practice squad and has made stops recently with the Texans and Ravens.
The Green Bay Packers are adding veteran offensive lineman Laken Tomlinson to help address major struggles along their offensive line. Tomlinson, who was previously on the Dallas Cowboys practice squad, brings significant experience with 173 career starts. Green Bay hopes the former 2015 first-round draft pick and 2021 Pro Bowler can bring much-needed stability to their front line.
Green Bay's offensive line has dealt with poor protection and multiple injuries, ranking near the bottom of the league through three weeks. The team currently sits 32nd in average rushing yards per game. With over 99 percent of his career snaps taking place at left guard, Tomlinson is expected to feature there for the Packers.
