The Broncos are not considering benching quarterback Bo Nix as the team struggles on offense, coach Sean Payton said Monday.

Denver Broncos head coach Sean Payton confirmed on Monday that the team is not considering benching starting quarterback Bo Nix, despite the offense's ongoing struggles during their 4-2 start. Payton emphasized that the entire offensive unit needs improvement, noting that issues with the offensive line and rushing balance extend far beyond Nix's individual performance.
Despite back-to-back victories over the Los Angeles Chargers and Seattle Seahawks, Denver converted just 3 of 26 third downs across both games. Nix threw for only 107 yards against Seattle and ranks near the bottom of the league in QBR and yards per attempt, while the Broncos currently rank 26th in scoring and 31st in third-down conversions.
