The Buffalo Bills announced they have signed cornerback Anthony Kendall from their practice squad to the active roster ahead of Monday Night Football. In corresponding roster moves, the Bills released outside linebacker Michael Danna and elevated defensive tackle Phidarian Mathis along with wide receiver Trent Sherfield Sr. from the practice squad for Week 5 against the Los Angeles Rams.
Kendall originally entered the NFL as an undrafted free agent with the Tennessee Titans following the 2023 draft out of Baldwin-Wallace. After stints with the Baltimore Ravens and Cleveland Browns, Kendall signed with Buffalo during training camp and remained on the team's practice squad.
