Bryce Young Injury Update Raises Panthers’ Backup QB Question

Carolina Panthers quarterback Bryce Young suffered an apparent lower-body injury after being sacked on a fourth-down play against the Cleveland Browns in Week 3. Young limped off the field and was seen walking along the sideline before returning to action on the very next offensive drive.

While Young was being evaluated, backup quarterback Kenny Pickett briefly warmed up on the sideline. Pickett, a former Pittsburgh Steelers first-round pick who previously spent time with Philadelphia and Las Vegas, serves as Carolina's primary backup ahead of third-string rookie Haynes King.
