Fellow wide receiver Jalen Coker is active despite carrying a questionable designation into the weekend.
Carolina's other inactives include Devin Lloyd, Nick Scott, Ja'Tavion Sanders, Haynes King, Albert Reese, and Cam Jackson. Bobby Okereke will start and serve as the defensive signal-caller in place of Lloyd, while Zakee Wheatley and Lathan Ransom split safety reps for Scott. To bolster depth, the Panthers elevated David Moore and Anthony Tyus III from the practice squad.
