While Chicago Bears quarterback Caleb Williams won't publicly admit it, he has made it clear that Luther Burden III is the team's WR1 now.

Writer Anthony Miller argues that wide receiver Luther Burden III has established himself as the Chicago Bears' primary receiving target for quarterback Caleb Williams. Burden delivered strong consecutive performances, tallying eight catches for 95 yards against the Atlanta Falcons and four catches for 130 yards and a score against the New England Patriots.
Miller highlights that Williams has completed all 17 passes targeted to Burden across four games. While Williams noted that other targets like Rome Odunze make key plays, Miller asserts Burden's reliability and production have surpassed Odunze's as the top option.
