When the Chicago Bears have the ball, they want to end every drive in the end zone. But if Chicago is forced to punt, opposing teams must contend with the leg of Tory Taylor.
Chicago Bears punter Tory Taylor is already nearing his season-long goal of forcing three muffed punts during the 2026 NFL campaign. Taylor has recorded two forced fumbles through the first six weeks, leaving him just one shy of his target across only 17 total punt attempts.
Taylor forced his second turnover in Week 6 against Atlanta Falcons returner Zachariah Branch by utilizing his curving "banana ball" punt technique. His previous forced fumble came in Week 1 against Carolina Panthers receiver Jimmy Horn.
