The Cincinnati Bengals, when led by head coach Zac Taylor, are fairly predictable when coming out of bye weeks

Writer Andrew Kusleika argues that Cincinnati Bengals head coach Zac Taylor and quarterback Joe Burrow have a strong history of turning their seasons around following bye weeks. Although Taylor holds an overall 3-4 post-bye record, the duo is 3-1 immediately following byes since 2021 and boasts an overall 27-9 record in post-bye games.
The Bengals enter their Week 6 bye following a Week 5 victory over the Miami Dolphins. Taylor acknowledged the break comes at a vital time to allow injured players like Ja'Marr Chase and Tee Higgins to recover before facing the Baltimore Ravens.
