It was a heavy day of work on Sunday for Erin Andrews.

Fox sideline reporter Erin Andrews opened up about getting emotional while covering Detroit Lions linebacker Jack Campbell's severe neck injury during Sunday's 19-15 win over the Minnesota Vikings. Speaking on the "Calm Down" podcast with Charissa Thompson, Andrews explained that seeing Campbell immobilized and transported by ambulance hit close to home, reflecting on similar past experiences with her husband, former NHL player Jarret Stoll.
Campbell suffered the fourth-quarter injury while tackling Vikings tight end TJ Hockenson and was taken to a local hospital. In an update released through the Lions on Wednesday, Campbell expressed optimism, noting he has regained full movement in his lower body and is making progress with his upper body movement.
