Jack Campbell, 26, was carted off the field after attempting to make a tackle on standout Vikings tight end T.J. Hockenson.

The Detroit Lions have adopted the rallying cry "Play like 46" following a severe neck injury suffered by linebacker Jack Campbell. The 26-year-old was carted off the field and hospitalized after tackling Vikings tight end T.J. Hockenson during Detroit's 19-15 win over Minnesota. Lions defensive coordinator Kelvin Sheppard announced the new team mantra following an emotional team meeting on Wednesday.
Campbell released an encouraging update stating he has full movement in his lower body and is making progress with his upper body. Although he remains hospitalized with no timetable for a return, the team is using his relentless preparation style as inspiration for the remainder of their season.
