Joe Mixon is making his comeback with a prominent NFC team

Former Pro Bowl running back Joe Mixon is signing with the Seattle Seahawks, according to a report by NFL Network's Mike Garafolo. The 30-year-old worked out for Seattle earlier on Monday before agreeing to a deal to make his NFL return.

Mixon missed the entire 2025 season due to a leg injury and was released by the Houston Texans in March. The 3-1 Seahawks add backfield depth following an injury to Jadarian Price, with Zach Charbonnet also recovering from an ACL injury.
