The Indianapolis Colts are heading into their London matchup with one fewer answer at a position that already had too few of them. Wide receiver Keenan
Indianapolis Colts wide receiver Keenan Allen has been ruled out of Sunday's game against the Washington Commanders in London due to a groin injury. The veteran wideout developed the issue during the week and was downgraded to a non-participant in Friday's practice. With top receiver Alec Pierce already on injured reserve with a heel issue, Indianapolis will be without its top two receiving options at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
Allen joined the Colts in August on a one-year deal worth up to $8.32 million, reuniting with head coach Shane Steichen. In response to his absence, the Colts elevated veteran wide receiver Nick Westbrook-Ikhine from the practice squad to provide depth for quarterback Daniel Jones and the offense.
