How Jonathan Owens’ energy is helping the Colts, both behind the scenes and at center stage

Safety Jonathan Owens has emerged as a key vocal leader and energy source for the Indianapolis Colts since signing as a free agent in March. Facing an 0-2 start ahead of their Week 3 clash against the Houston Texans, team captain Jonathan Taylor asked Owens to deliver the pregame speech to set the tone for the team.

Owens focused his impassioned pregame address on bringing high energy, which resonated strongly across the locker room. The Colts went on to secure their first victory of the season with a 19-17 win over Houston, with teammates praising Owens as a vital glue guy.
