Despite tearing his Achilles in the playoffs, Kittle appears to be back to his normal self. Here's how he won the recovery process.

San Francisco 49ers tight end George Kittle completed an odds-defying 243-day recovery from a torn right Achilles to return for Week 1. Kittle suffered the injury during a playoff win over the Philadelphia Eagles in January and underwent surgery performed by Dr. Neil ElAttrache. Through a rigorous daily rehabilitation regimen, Kittle successfully returned to the field without missing any regular-season games.
Working alongside physical therapists Heather Milligan and Jorge Rojas, Kittle incorporated blood flow restriction training and meticulous strength exercises to ensure balanced recovery across both legs. After knocking off rust in the season opener against the Rams, Kittle posted 10 receptions for 162 yards and three touchdowns across the following two weeks.
