DT DaVon Hamilton, S Eric Murray out for the rest of the season; Head Coach Liam Coen announced the news Monday, a day after the AFC South-leading Jaguars’ 42-7 victory over the Indianapolis Colts at EverBank Stadium…

Jacksonville Jaguars defensive leaders DaVon Hamilton and Eric Murray will miss the remainder of the 2026 season due to injuries suffered during Sunday's 42-7 victory over the Indianapolis Colts. Head Coach Liam Coen announced Monday that Hamilton sustained a quadriceps injury in the second quarter, while Murray suffered an elbow injury on the opening kickoff.
The AFC South-leading Jaguars (5-2) must now rely on depth as they prepare to visit the Baltimore Ravens on Thursday. Arik Armstead, Matt Dickerson, and newly signed practice squad veteran Austin Johnson will absorb snaps on the defensive line, while young safeties Rayuan Lane III and Jalen Huskey will take on expanded roles in the secondary.
