The preseason Offensive Rookie of the Year favorite is going on injured reserve.

Arizona Cardinals running back Jeremiyah Love is heading to injured reserve after sustaining a high ankle sprain during the team's 33-30 comeback win against the Dallas Cowboys. The injury is expected to sideline the rookie for at least four to five weeks. With the Cardinals holding a Week 14 bye, Love may remain out of action until Week 15.
Love, drafted No. 3 overall, has been limited to six games and 268 rushing yards this season due to ankle issues. In his absence, backup running back Tyler Allgeier is slated to handle primary backfield duties for head coach Mike LaFleur's 3-5 squad.
