The Las Vegas Raiders were expecting improvement from their offensive line and one of the biggest surprises has been the play of DJ Glaze.

Las Vegas Raiders right tackle DJ Glaze has made a strong start to the 2026 NFL season, showing significant improvement after struggling and allowing 10 sacks in 2025. Following an offseason of work under new offensive line coach Rick Dennison, Glaze has developed into the Raiders' most consistent offensive lineman. He currently ranks eighth in the league in pass-block win rate and holds a pressure rate allowed of under 1%.
Glaze has earned high praise from Raiders coach Andrew Janocko, who commended his work ethic, football intelligence, and leadership along the line. Despite early struggles against Maxx Crosby in training camp and during a joint practice with the Houston Texans, Glaze has formed a formidable tackle partnership with Kolton Miller, with writer Marcus Johnson noting his progress could position him for a major future contract.
