Rob Gronkowski pointed his finger at the Chargers, saying they've been completely misusing Justin Herbert this season.

Former NFL tight end Rob Gronkowski criticized the Los Angeles Chargers for misusing quarterback Justin Herbert during an appearance on "Up & Adams" with Kay Adams. Gronkowski argued that the team's offensive scheme is overly complicated and the wrong fit for Herbert, urging the coaching staff to simplify the system and utilize him primarily as a pocket passer.
The Chargers have started the season 0-4, joining four other winless teams across the league. Through four games, Herbert has completed 59.7% of his passes for 816 yards, four touchdowns, and six interceptions under head coach Jim Harbaugh and offensive coordinator Mike McDaniel.
