Detroit rules out five players against Miami, while Amon-Ra St. Brown is questionable. How the Lions' injury decisions affect the Dolphins.

The Detroit Lions have listed 11 players on their final injury report ahead of Sunday's game against the Miami Dolphins. Five players have been ruled out, including linebacker Jack Campbell, safety Kerby Joseph, center Cade Mays, cornerback D.J. Reed, and edge defender DJ Wonnum. Wide receiver Amon-Ra St. Brown is listed as questionable due to a rib injury, while running backs Jacob Saylors and Sione Vaki are also questionable.
With multiple defensive starters sidelined, Detroit plans to adjust its lineup. Derrick Barnes and Malcolm Rodriguez are prepared to handle defensive communication duties, while rookie Derrick Moore is expected to see more snaps at edge rusher. Detroit did receive positive news with defensive back Brian Branch clearing concussion protocol and receiving no injury designation, while Miami offensive lineman Kadyn Proctor has also cleared protocol.
