The Indianapolis Colts' secondary looks like it will be shorthanded when they visit the Minnesota Vikings on Sunday.

Indianapolis Colts cornerback Sauce Gardner is considered week-to-week after suffering a mild calf strain during Sunday's loss to the Tennessee Titans. The injury makes Gardner highly unlikely to play against the undefeated Minnesota Vikings at U.S. Bank Stadium in Week 7. With depth cornerback Cameron Mitchell already on injured reserve, Indianapolis will lean on Cam Taylor-Britt, Cam Bynum, and Justin Walley in the secondary.
The defensive blow comes amid broader turmoil for the 2-4 Colts, as owner Carlie Irsay-Gordon fired general manager Chris Ballard on Monday morning. Ed Dodds has taken over as interim general manager, while head coach Shane Steichen faces mounting pressure heading into the matchup against Minnesota.
