With injuries piling up, the Minnesota Vikings are taking a look at this former Pro Bowl wide receiver in free agency.

The Minnesota Vikings brought in veteran free-agent wide receiver JuJu Smith-Schuster for a workout on Monday during their bye week. Minnesota recently improved to 5-0 after defeating the New Orleans Saints in Week 5, but the team is evaluating depth at wide receiver due to early-season injuries impacting Justin Jefferson and Jordan Addison.
Smith-Schuster was released by the New York Giants in August and has not played this season. Heavy writer Owen Crisafulli notes that while Minnesota just signed Odell Beckham Jr. and expects Addison back soon, the workout allows the front office to evaluate depth options.
