This is the second time in his career that Maye has been awarded the distinction.

New England Patriots quarterback Drake Maye was named AFC Offensive Player of the Week on Wednesday after leading his team to a 29-26 road victory against the Buffalo Bills. Maye completed 22 of 37 passes for 269 yards and three touchdowns, while also leading the Patriots on the ground with 54 rushing yards on eight scrambles.
The standout performance marked Maye's second career weekly honor and helped New England become the first visiting team to win at the newly opened Highmark Stadium. The game was decided late after Maye's third touchdown pass to Efton Chism and a subsequent Josh Allen interception.
