The Story in 60 Seconds

The Pittsburgh Steelers defeated the New Orleans Saints 16-10 at the Stade de France in the first-ever NFL regular-season game held in France. Pittsburgh took an early lead through Chris Boswell's field goal and extended it with an Aaron Rodgers touchdown pass to Darnell Washington. New Orleans tied the contest before halftime courtesy of a Tyler Shough touchdown throw to Devaughn Vele, but Boswell restored Pittsburgh's lead before the break.

A scoreless fourth quarter from both teams saw Boswell add another field goal in the third, while Daniel Carlson missed a 52-yard attempt for New Orleans. Key sacks by Chase Young and Carl Granderson kept the Saints close, but an offside penalty in the final minutes allowed Rodgers and the Steelers to run out the clock.
