New York Giants wide receiver Darnell Mooney has had a limited impact over the team's first two games of the season. Despite previously working with offensive coordinator Matt Nagy, Mooney has served primarily as a backup option and was previously considered a potential cut candidate during the preseason.

Through two games, Mooney has recorded four receptions for 75 yards, including a 33-yard catch during Monday's loss to the Los Angeles Rams. His limited offensive production comes as quarterback Jaxson Dart suffered a severe knee injury, disrupting the Giants' offensive plans.
