The New York Giants are circling $54 million Pro Bowl pass rusher.

The New York Giants are hosting veteran edge rusher Yannick Ngakoue for a workout on Monday, according to reports from NFL insider Jordan Schultz and USA Today's Doug Rush. The 31-year-old former Pro Bowler sat out the entire 2025 season while recovering from a broken ankle, but is now reported to be fully healthy and ready to return.
New York is seeking defensive reinforcements after All-Pro pass rusher Brian Burns suffered a season-ending knee injury in Week 3. Ngakoue, who has earned over $54 million across his career, last played in 2024 with the Baltimore Ravens and New England Patriots.
