HC Aaron Glenn Looking for Finish; Braelon Allen’s Tear Continues…

New York Jets head coach Aaron Glenn stressed the team's need to develop a "killer instinct" following a Week 8 loss to the Las Vegas Raiders. The defeat marked the Jets' fifth loss in six games by one score, highlighted by struggles inside the red zone where they converted only two touchdowns on six trips.
Despite the defeat, running back Braelon Allen rushed for 147 yards and a touchdown, aided by the return of left guard Dylan Parham. Veterans Josh Myers and Jowon Briggs publicly backed Glenn as New York prepares for upcoming games against Kansas City and Buffalo.
