The Story in 60 Seconds

Former Cleveland Browns offensive tackle Chris Hubbard called out New York Jets safety Minkah Fitzpatrick following a helmet-to-helmet collision that concussed Browns rookie receiver KC Concepcion. Speaking on The Dawgs Podcast, Hubbard questioned Fitzpatrick's intentions, claiming the safety has delivered late and questionable hits in the past. The incident occurred during the Jets' 17-12 win over the Browns on October 11.

Fitzpatrick received a personal foul for hitting a defenseless receiver on the play, which followed an earlier facemask penalty against Concepcion. Browns head coach Todd Monken and Jets head coach Aaron Glenn both defended Fitzpatrick, calling the contact an unfortunate bang-bang play rather than dirty. Concepcion later announced on social media that he is doing well.
