The NFL has rescinded the $14,926 fine it imposed on the 49ers' Kyle Juszczyk for what it thought was a distasteful celebration of chugging a beer.

The NFL has rescinded a $14,926 fine previously imposed on San Francisco 49ers fullback Kyle Juszczyk for an alleged unsportsmanlike celebration. The league originally penalized Juszczyk following a Week 2 victory over the Miami Dolphins, believing he simulated chugging a beer. However, the NFL withdrew the punishment after determining his gesture mimicked drinking a juice box.
Juszczyk, whose nickname is Juice, successfully appealed the ruling after defending the long-standing celebration and highlighting the juice box logo on his thigh pads. The controversy also prompted beverage brand Ocean Spray to sign Juszczyk to an endorsement deal, featuring a giveaway of 14,926 juice bottles.
