The San Francisco 49ers won’t have NFL All-Pro fullback Kyle Juszcyk and NFL All-Pro edge rusher Nick Bosa against the Seahawks.

San Francisco 49ers All-Pro edge rusher Nick Bosa and All-Pro fullback Kyle Juszczyk were officially ruled inactive for Sunday's Week 5 matchup against the Seattle Seahawks. Bosa continues to be sidelined due to a calf injury, while Juszczyk is out with a knee injury suffered in Week 4 against the Denver Broncos. Despite their absences, the undefeated 49ers welcomed back 2025 first-round pick Mykel Williams for his season debut.
Bosa has reportedly indicated he is likely to return in Week 6 for a Monday Night Football clash with the Washington Commanders. Meanwhile, Juszczyk is expected to miss three to four weeks with a bone bruise, leaving San Francisco without a versatile and heavily used blocking asset in their running attack against Seattle.
