Mitchell will be the third running back available, while Reiger provides depth with injuries at the position.

The Philadelphia Eagles elevated running back Elijah Mitchell and outside linebacker Mason Reiger from the practice squad for Sunday's game against the Washington Commanders. Cornerback Jakorian Bennett, who remains on Injured Reserve, was also downgraded to out ahead of the matchup.
Mitchell is elevated for the second consecutive week to serve as the third running back alongside Saquon Barkley and Jaydon Blue, with Philadelphia managing three backs on Injured Reserve. For Reiger, an undrafted rookie out of Wisconsin, this marks his first practice squad elevation and NFL debut.
