Eagles Make Big Zach Ertz Announcement Before Rams Game

The Philadelphia Eagles announced they have elevated veteran tight end Zach Ertz from the practice squad for Sunday's game against the Los Angeles Rams. Fellow tight end Josiah Deguara was also elevated as Philadelphia manages multiple offensive injuries following a 27-7 loss to the Chicago Bears.

Ertz is expected to see an expanded role with tight end Dallas Goedert and wide receivers DeVonta Smith and Hollywood Brown ruled out. The veteran tight end sits 10 receptions away from Harold Carmichael's franchise record for career receptions with the Eagles.
