The Philadelphia Eagles announced two roster moves ahead of their Week 4 matchup against the Los Angeles Rams, temporarily elevating tight ends Zach Ertz and Josiah Deguara from the practice squad. Ertz is being elevated for the second consecutive week while Dallas Goedert remains sidelined with an injury, leaving Ertz with only one regular-season elevation remaining before the team must add him to the active roster.
Deguara's elevation gives Philadelphia four active tight ends for the game, as wide receiver DeVonta Smith remains ruled out. The Eagles opted not to place Smith or any of their other injured players on injured reserve. Meanwhile, the Rams announced their own practice squad elevations, activating cornerback Cam Lampkin and edge rusher Darryl Peterson III.
