Cleveland Browns head coach Todd Monken took responsibility for a zone-read play call that allowed Pittsburgh Steelers pass rusher T.J. Watt to force and recover a Deshaun Watson fumble. Despite Watson committing two turnovers, the Browns secured a three-point victory over the Steelers to extend their winning streak to three games and lead the AFC North.
The fumble occurred late in the third quarter with Cleveland leading 21-7, but Pittsburgh's offense failed to capitalize on the turnover. Quarterback Aaron Rodgers was sacked on third down, forcing a punt that left the Steelers unable to trim the deficit.
