The 49ers' offensive line has yet to allow a sack in 2026, earning Kyle Shanahan's praise and PFF's top pass-blocking grade ahead of a tough test.

The San Francisco 49ers offensive line has not allowed a single sack through the first three games of the 2026 season. Head coach Kyle Shanahan stated on Wednesday that he is not surprised by the unit's success, defending the group against offseason criticism and praising their long-term consistency.
The offensive line leads the NFL with a 73.2 pass-blocking grade from Pro Football Focus and ranks seventh in run-blocking. Their strong play has helped quarterback Brock Purdy throw for nine touchdowns with only one interception, as the team prepares to face the Denver Broncos on Sunday.
