The Seattle Seahawks ruled out linebacker Drake Thomas, running back Zach Charbonnet, and reserve linebacker Chazz Surratt for Thursday's game against the Denver Broncos. Thomas suffered an ankle injury in last week's 32-29 loss to the San Francisco 49ers, prompting head coach Mike Macdonald to name Tyrice Knight as the starting replacement. Meanwhile, Charbonnet continues his recovery from offseason knee surgery and Surratt remains sidelined by a calf issue.
Denver faces injury troubles of its own, ruling out cornerback Pat Surtain II and safety Talanoa Hufanga due to ankle injuries, while cornerback Riley Moss is listed as questionable. On a positive note for Seattle, wide receiver Jaxon Smith-Njigba and defensive tackle Leonard Williams are cleared to play despite dealing with ankle concerns during practice.
