Packers linebacker Edgerrin Cooper suffered a season-ending Achilles tear during Sunday's 17-14 victory over the Buccaneers, sources told ESPN's Adam Schefter and NFL Network's Ian Rapoport.

Green Bay Packers linebacker Edgerrin Cooper suffered a season-ending Achilles tear during Sunday's 17-14 victory over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Cooper suffered the non-contact injury to his lower left leg during the third quarter and was subsequently carted off the field. Head coach Matt LaFleur confirmed the diagnosis on Monday, noting that Isaiah McDuffie and Ty'Ron Hopper will see increased opportunities in Cooper's absence.
Prior to exiting the game, Cooper recorded nine tackles, a sack, and an interception that set up a halftime field goal. The Packers held on to improve to 2-2 on the season, while also monitoring injuries to cornerback Brandon Cisse and running back Chris Brooks ahead of their upcoming game against the Chicago Bears.
